Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2018. A almost clear dark brown beer with a small off-white head Aroma of liquorice, strong dark malt, Chocolate, vanilla. Taste of sweet chocolate, liquorice, vanilla, bourbon, nice.

Tap. Unclear brown color with reddish highlight and an off-white head. Aroma is rye, herbs, bready, raisins. Taste is rye, herbs, juniper. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Quite balanced, very tasty!

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2018. Almost clear, dark brownish amber with an off-white head. Clear, deep reddish amber with an off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of molasses, raisins, prunes and some strawberry jam with a touch of vanilla. Quite sweet, malty, gently fruity and a little spicy taste of caramel, molasses, raisins, prunes, vanilla and a touch of juniper, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, slightly warming-alcoholic and a bit spicy finish. Medium to full body, almost oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!
