Our collaboration with Birdhouse Tea Company. Jasmine, summer fruits & Hibiscus come through on the aroma. Wonderful pale ale with slight pink tinge. Fruity and floral, with a nice hoppy edge, very more-ish. It’s like beer with tea in it!

Cask @ Navigation Tavern Summer Beer Festival 2018. Golden-peach coloured, clear with a creamy head. It's floral as expected with its 'tea' character evident enough. Has a mild berry-sweet aroma.

Can. Beeches of Walkley, Sheffield. Pale, gingery gold. Light haze. Thin, dense, glossy, lasting, white head. Nose has trifle jelly. Some vanilla. Some pungent, floral herb. Taste is fairly sweet and fruity, with a floral, herbal bitterness. Mouthfeel is a little sticky and cloying. Soft carbonation. Sweet and bitter finish, with little in between. Not for me.

Fra cask/gravity på NWAF i Derby 17 Feb 16. Delt med Rune. Lys gusjerødgul. Lavt luftig skum. Søt fruktaroma. Smaken te & sukkertøy. Svakt syrlig etter hvert. Mer spesiell enn god.
