Bon Poison Brown Ale, bien que de fermentation haute, se rapproche des bières de tradition allemande type Dunkel. Ronde et fortement maltée, elle dégage subtilement des notes de toffee, caramel, noisette. Une amertume peu prononcée laisse sa place à une sensation légèrement sucrée.

Bottle at THT January. Brown with white head. Sweet malts, rye, bready, yeasty. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Smooth.

Bottle shared at THT ‘19. Amber brown with a thin tan head. Aroma of malt, yeast, herbal notes, caramel and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at first THT 2019. Clear light brown with small beige head. Sweet malts, soft roast, nuts, cardboard, light wood, brown sugar, cola, cocoa. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied.
