Flaske på Bark, Harstad, sammen med Johnne og Jørn: uklar strågul med kort skum. Krydret aroma og smak med gjær, koriander, pepper og bitterappelsiner. Fin balanse. Slank og lettdrikkelig med relativt kort ettersmak og forsiktig bitterhet.

330 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 5.2%, 18 IBU. Cloudy straw colour, moderate to low white head. Strong aroma of yeast, coriander, black pepper and orange peel. Fizzy mouthfeel. Yeasty flavour, notes of black pepper and coriander, the orange peel is more subdued. Too much yeast here.

Bottle at Café Circa, Tromsø. Hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Aroma of citrus, light bread and some coriander. Similar taste, also with notes of wheat and some yeast. The mouthfeel was on the thin side. Drinkable.
