Chelmsford Summer Beer Fest. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is crispy and semi dry. Taste is a remarkable combo of sweet hard candy, floralness and something minty - herby - piney. Touch of sherbet and zingy orange. Light finish. Not sure this was what.was intended but it a very interesting and tasty number.

Cask/gravity at Ipswich beer festival 23 Sep 2006. Pale golden coloured. Unclear. A small head (for a wheat beer). Cautious citrus aroma. Very dry impression: This is not a typical wheat beer.

Cask (gravity dispense), St Albans Beer Festival 2005. Hazy dirty gold colour with very thin disappearing white head. Faint whiff of a wheat beer. Bit chemically, bit of cereal. Cetreal in mouth like eating oats with some lemony citrus wheat beer finish
