A premium tawny coloured ale with a ruby red hue. A robust hop aroma precedes a full bodied malty taste with caramel notes and a dry bitter finish.

Cask at Chapel Beer Festival. Clear amber beer. Good frothy biscuit coloured head. Slight sour note. A little sulphur on the nose. Semi soft and semi dry palate. Caramel biscuit malt. Bittering but fruity hops. Orange, lemon and grapefruit. A pleasantly fruity beer but a tad dry.

@ Stockbridge Tap. Golden-amber. Thick head. Toasty aroma with hints of leafy, tobaccoey hop. Slightly herbal, earthy, toasty bitter. The finish actually has a deep rich bitterness that really belies the understated hop aroma and flavour. Great laci
