On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Bruna, intensa, con schiuma avorio media, non molto persistente. Al naso note di caramello, vaniglia, babà al rum, cioccolato, melassa, alcol. In bocca è dolce, caramellosa, tanto alcol, intensa e rotonda, complessa, un po' stucchevole a lungo andare. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Impressiona, ma è una birra da tasting.

Strasznie fajnie poukladane waniliowo-szuszono-kandyzowano-toffi klimaty. Mocno grzejace. Slodkie. Migdalowe. Lepkawe. Bardzo BA

Prunes, raisins, dates, caramel, toffee, vanilla, oak & bourbon in the nose. Sweet, malty & fruity taste. Oily viscous round mouthfeel.

Appearance- dark, mahogany, almost black, no head at all, a few bubbles around the edge. Aroma- lots of bourbon, vanilla, leather, booze, burnt toast hints, malt, rum, more booze, liqueur chocolate, treacle toffee. Big, big aroma. Taste- sweet boozy raisins, fig, dates, Christmas cake, pecan pie, toffee, sticky malt, vanilla, all soaked in bourbon. The bourbon is prominent, but not overpowering. Mouthfeel is sticky and clingy, very sweet finish. Excellent.
