Cask stillage at the Grape and Grain Spring Beer Festival 2012, Crystal Palace. Dark amber pour with a white head. Light floral tones in the aroma with some citrus and malt notes. Caramel and citrus flavour. Malts and fruit in the aftertaste.

Full measured half pint, 4.3% ABV, from cask at the splendid CASK Pub & Kitchen place in Pimlico. Nice golden-brown body. Spiced-malty aroma. Rosemary and ginger can be detected in the malty-accented flavour. Dry, hop bitter end (London, 22.03.2011).

Cask handpull at CP&K Pimlico. I mean yes it has rose petal and fporal flowery notes in spades. Not sure I like it though. Bit thin in mouth too. White pepper and red berry fruit flavour. Just too much for me. Interesting but too much like a fruit infusion tea for me
