Draft. An unclear brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, candy sugar, and yeast, leading to a dry and yeasty finish.

100ml, draught at Ølfestival 2012. Transparent dark-brown body. Tiny white head. Smell of earthy malts and herbal hops. The taste character is made up by dried and ripe fruits on a sweet malty backbone. Lingering bittersweet tail. Pleasing but not that great (Copenhagen, 10.05.2012).

Fra fat på DØE festivalen: et nydelig øl som elegant skjuler sine 10% bak en rik aroma og smak av sjokolade, svisket, rosin. Rik munnfylde og lang ettersmak.

On tap. Pours a hazy brownish with an off-white head. Overripe fruit in the nose, perhaps a slight tartness as well. Medium body only, sweet overripe fruit, berry-like, some phenols that are covered in the cherry version. No real bitterness. 100512
