Brew for North bar in Leeds.

It’s a great lager and we’re really proud to have been able to brew it and grateful to Lindeboom and James Clays for allowing us to mess about with the recipe and produce something to out own specifications. It was supposed to be a one off brew but it was so good that we asked the question and after much negotiation we secured it permanently. GET IN.

Keg @ Cross Keys, Leeds. Golden lager with a thin head and a light carbonation. Has a light pils nose and crisp taste. Decent enough lager.

Draught, half pint, house beer at North Bar. Good amount of lacing from a white head with fine retention. Clear, pale golden body. Aroma of pale malts and noble, oily, hops. Fresh and clean taste of herbal dry hops and pale malts. Mild malt-fruity ending. Oily palate. Soft carbonate. A pilsener above the average level. Nice (Leeds 01.07.2013).
