Half pint, 5% abv, cask at JDW Fall Well. Next to clear amber coloured body. Creamy, white head leaving good lacing behind. Herbal hoppy aroma, semi-sweet. Mixture of caramel malts and resinous hops in flavour. Malt bitter tail. Foamy in the mouth. Classic Brit bitter (Liverpool, 09.04.2013).

A dark golden brown ale with a smooth creamy brown coloured head, and with a great fusion of malts and hops. Hopped throughout in nose and taste.

Cask at Roscoe Head, Liverpool. Copper colour with lasting beige head. Slight haze. Earthy, but quite hoppy and bitter finish. Fullish in terms of sweetish malt in mouth. Slightly syrupy malt in mouth and aroma. An unsubtle ESB, but with most of the right elements. Peppery hop on end is good.
