The apples and the techniques used to make the cider are in conformity with European standards relating to organic agriculture, "Bio UE". The apples are entirely untreated. In addition, the Organic Cider is unpasteurised - as other Domaine Dupont ciders. Terroir sandy soil. Varieties 70% of bittersweet apples 30% of acid apples Harvesting from October to November Alcohol cont. 5.5 % vol.

Cloudy gold...super carbonated, very fizzy pour, sour winey aroma, tart taste dry finish....really quite good.

750mL bottle at Holm, pours a clear pale golden, no head. Aroma brings out barnyard funk, gently sweet toffee, and a little brown sugar. Flavour follows through, with brown sugar, toffee, champagne yeast, and barnyard funk. Complex and impeccable well-constructed. Absolute beauty.

28-02-19 // taster at Muted Horn Berlin Clear glowing golden. Good classic cider. Intense apple. A bit too sweet for me, but its not really sweet at all, I just prefer it a bit drier.

Clear gold coloured cider, no head. aroma: apples, sweetish, lots of apple juice, some solvent, tannins. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of apple juice, soft sweetness, bit acidic, dry, little bitter. Aftertaste: some tannins, nice and dry finish, lots of apple juice, nice stuff.

Draft @ Dok Brewing Company, Ghent. Apple juice colour, light white foam. Sweet cider with very complex nose, barnyard, apple skin, tart fruitness. Nice.

Vintage 2014. 375ml corked Bottle. From Normandy Region. Swietnie i ostro pachnie swiezymi jablkami i gruszkami. W smaku kwaskowe, wytrawne i nieco ciut octu jablkowego. Sporo tu nut drewna mokrego i wilgoci piwnicy. Pairing with Italian Pecorino cheese.

Pours clear blonde, small white head fades rather fast. Smell is very funky, very natural, grassy' taste is full, funky apple, appleskins, very funky, nice !
