Handpulled cask ale, third at Jacobs Beer House. A white head over a hazy amber coloured body. Malt-fruity nose. Taste of apricot and rhubarb mixed with brown malts. Medium to thin boded. Fair enough, strange kind of a wheat beer (Bradford 08.07.2015).

Cask @ Record Cafe, Bradford. Copper with a glow and a small creamy head. Has a sweetened nose where the rhubarb is at its most prominent, although it’s evident as a flavour too, as is its wheat ale style.

Bottle from Bier Huis, Ossett. Clear, copper colour. Halo of white head. Sweet malt. Tinned strawberry, oddly. Taste is light tart. More of the tinned fruit thing. Comes across a bit artificial. Crisp palate, albeit a little watery. Finish is short and dry. Not for me, this one.
