A yellow beer with a fast disappearing white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, lemons, and hay. The flavor is acidic with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with no head. Has a fruity sour tart weak herbal aroma. Fruity sour tart weak grassy herbal flavor. Has a fruity sour tart finish.

[4/29/15] Draught at Taphouse in Copenhagen. Clear golden. Aroma of yogurt and pickled vegetables. Sour flavor with a bit of pickled vegetables and yogurt. Medium-bodied.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is grassy and citric lemon, some herbal and floral nuances, dry finish. Not sure on this one.

100ml on tap at Taphouse. Crystal clear golden body. Diminishing white head. Aroma of semi-tart fruits. Taste of herbal hops, citrus, and bittersweet cherries. Refreshing and satisfying (Copenhagen 29.04.2015).

From tap. Pours clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild herbal, grassy. Citric, fruity and light citrusy and grassy. Crisp hoppy and citric dry finish.
