On tap, 5.1 %, at Il Locale. Dotted spots on the glass from a filmy layer. Cloudy golden body. Mid-sweet grain and grass on the nose. Grainy taste profile joined by fruity ends. Mid-dry ending. Easy to drink. Just alright. (Copenhagen 10.05.2017).

Il gusto al naso ricorda il luppolo. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il colore è giallo torbido e paglierino. Il corpo è rotondo. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è secco, pulito, dissetante e semplice. Al palato si riportano sentori di agrumi e miele. È una birra molto beverina da bere in quantità e che non ti appaga la sete.

Cloudy blond color. Too much carbonation and some fermentation problem, almost an infection (light sourness and astringency); there is also some plastic aroma. It seems that the beer behind is not bad, but difficult to evaluate.
