Transparent dark color with a fine not existing head. No lacing. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a soft carbonation level. Mellow sweetness and a moderate bitterness. Ok lasting flavor. Toffee, bready and fruity flavor.

By gravicask at Chelmsford & Mid Essex Winter Beer Festival. Shared with Cunningham. Naked on the surface. Dark ruby coloured body. Dark caramel with citric hints on the nose. Taste profile has got caramel to the fore, hints of bread and dark fruits. Bittersweet malt-fruity finish. Medium bodied. Quite alright (17.02.2017).

Chelmsford Winter Beer Fest (with Rune, Rasmus, Saxo and Camons) @ KEGS. Cask. Light haze on this deep amber beer, a few pale tan bubbles. Palate is smooth and has low carbonation. Tangy caramel malts. Spice. Sweet tangy ripe fruits. Light finish. Ripe and a bit flat.

Cask @ Chelmsford Winter Beer festival. Pours dark brown with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, light wood, nut, grass. Flavor is light sweet, malty, caramel, wood, little dark fruit. Medium body, soft carbonation, light sweet finish. 160217

Cask @ Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are fruits, caramel, hops, and malt. Light bitter finish.
