A full bodied and flavourful oatmeal stout, at a relatively low ABV. Notes of smooth chocolate combine with a delicate amount of roast to produce a luxurious, yet incredibly sessionable stout.

Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Deep, chestnut brown. Frothy, blotchy, pale tan head. Nose has dark chocolate. Some coffee. Some bonfire toffee. Taste is fruity, toffee sweet. Some ashy, coffee grind bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. More ashy bitterness on the finish. Nice one. Went well with a Kelham ham sandwich!
