Cask, half pint at Royal Oak. Shared by ManVsBeer. White head with fair lacing. Hazed golden body. Tropical aroma, undercurrent of vinegar. Spiced fruity flavours with the same vinegar impact. Soft in the mouth. Just about drinkable. Gone! (Halifax 03.07.2018).

Cask @ Royal Oak, Halifax. Mildly hazed dark golden-amber in colour. It's strong tasting and floral-hoppy, although this felt off to me.

Tried at Just Beer Newark, as Funky Hop Donkey - Big Funky, 6.2%. Really cloudy orange colour with a white head. Fruity passion fruit and tropical aroma. Light bitter taste with a mediumbody

Cask handpump at The Hop, Old Town, Swindon, Wiltshire, Tuesday 6th February 2018 Pours hazy gold with a slim white head. A hoppy hit on the nose, fruity but with a good bittersweet punch, I've not had many if any NEIPAs on tap but this works well for me. I understand that Funky Donkey are brewed by Raw and are an off shoot of the brewery that let's them brew some different more experimental beers. This is very good and drinks far easier than 6.2% A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6
