This big brew is an Imperial IPA. In addition to Citra and Galaxy additions late in the boil, we dry-hopped the beer in the fermenter with another round of Citra and Galaxy hops. This gives the beer a nice fruity hop nose with notes of grapefruit, tangerine, tropical fruit, and a touch of the herbal/onion notes coming thru on the palate. It finishes dry with a big, lingering hop bitterness, and a bit of alcohol warmth. Pretty easy-drinkin’ for a beer its strength.

Tap at Revolution. Clear dark golden with small off white head. Thick malty notes with caramel, lots of resin. Nice lime and orange peel hops, light tart berries. Over medium sweet and light bitter and sour. Over medium bodied with oily feel.
