50cl bottle at Lifjellstua, Bø. Pours clear brown with a tanned head. Malty and mild roasty aroma with hints of nuts, dark fruits and lactose. On the sweet side, but fairly smooth and balanced and quite enjoy.

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Very dark brown colour, small beige head. Malty aroma, notes of caramel and roast, hints of burnt breadcrumbs. Rich mouthfeel for a beer of this ABV. The slightly sweet flavour has notes of malts and lactose, with the same elements as the aroma. Moderate but noticeable bittering hops in the finish.

Drukket på Bergstua. Mørkebrun. Middels høyt luftig skum med litt farge. Daler sakte. Tynn teppelacing. Fjærlett karamellaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken mere karamell. Søt. Lett tørr avslutning. Ble i søtligste laget.

Overraskende. Temmelig tørr, tross laktose. Temmelig mørk og med mer brent smak enn jeg ville forventet. Ettersmaken domineres av kornbitterhet, og det er ikke veldig mye malt her. Initielt kraftig seleri-aroma, som tonet ned etterhvert. (8 mnd før BF.)

Mørkebrun med lyst beige skum. Aroma sjokolade nøtter malt karamell. Smak nøtter malt sjokolade pulverkaffe karamell. Saftig og smaksrik øl med fin fylde og noe tørr avslutning. Flaske kjøpt på Eide Handel

Dark brown, with a large light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, bread and some dried fruit end. Light bittersweet with a burned malt and bread endelig. Ok

Ravfarget klar med beige skum. Lukter mørk sirup, stenfrukter og havre. Middels fylde. Søtlig maltig smak, lett brent karamell, kandis og mørk stenfrukt. Middels lang.

Bottle 500ml @ Espen & Ingrid
Pours dark reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, roasted malt and chocolate. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long caramel, chocolate and roasted malty finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 27.04.20. Shiny dark mahogany. Fine beige head and lacing. Excellent and complex aroma and taste of dates, figs, roasted malt, wood, dark berries, brittle, dark caramel and an appropriate bitterness.
