Bottle @ Christianssand Brygghus. Unclear deep golden body with a small, diminishing white head. Aroma is refreshing, rather acidic citric fruity, mild funk, light malt. Flavor has a distinct acidic fruitiness, Brett, some cellar notes and not really very funky but I fine pleasant real Lambic flavor. Fine body and long lasting acidic aftertaste. Very nice indeed and actually impressive at only 4% ABV. Believe there is some cellar potential here as well.

A green bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Trondheim. Close to clear warm golden body, dotted spots on the glass, a few bubbles on the surface. Dry brett and cheese on the nose. Brett, basement and farmyard to the taste buds on a backbone of lactic acid. Lingering tartness to the ending. Okay cleanser, not a favourite though. (Hotel room, Trondheim 13.09.2019).

Bottle, at Christianssand Brygghus. It's a clear deep golden colored beer with some white bubbles on top. The aroma is funky, leather, lemon and barnyard, with some earthy notes and generic fruityness. Vinegar notes. It's medium bodied, dry and tart, nicely carbonated and with flavors of lemon, barnyard, leather and basement. Lasting tart, funky finish. A nice beer at first, but after a few sips it turns out it's really nice. 170126

Hazed deep golden color with a fine head. The head vanish a bit to fast. Fine pleasant aroma with a mellow intensity. Nice body for a 4% beer! Fine carbonation level. Pleasant acidity and a mellow sweetness to back it up. Brett, fruity, mild oak and mild citric flavor. Lovely.
