Igjen en fersk leveranse hos min favorittpusher i Straensenteret - 0,44 boks avnydt hjemme: lett uklar gylden med eksemplarisk skum helt ned til siste dråpe. Cashmere er en ukjent humle for meg, men her er hva de sakkyndige sier om den: Cashmere is described as having delicate yet strong aromas of melon, coconut, citrus notes, such as sweet lemon, lime, lemon peel, or an edge of grapefruit. You may even notice some tropical whispers of pineapple. It may contain woody, spicy notes akin to coriander, especially when boiled. Jeg kunne ikke vært mer enig, og kombinasjonen med Motueka er ypperlig. full klaff igjen for Calcutta-serien!

440ml can, batch 166, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Trondheim. Pours a noisy, bubbly, big white head leaving lacing rings down the glass. Misty golden body. Moderate smell of lemony hops, hints of lime. Blended taste profile of lemon and lime on a backbone of faint grainy malts. Mid-dry bittersweet finish. Satisfying. (Hotel room, Trondheim 13.09.2019).
