On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Orange to amber colour, moderate white head. Aroma of oak, over-ripe red berries and red wine vinegar, hints of spices. Moderately sour flavour, again notes of oak and spices, vinegar in the finish.

Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, overripe sour fruits, oak, bloodlike minerals, old lawn, bark, flowers, yeast, fruit stones, soda powder, paper. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, sorrel, yeast, fruit stones, hay, grass, sour fruits, old rope, bark, old lawn, flowers, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, nice taste.

Clear orange golden pour with an ok head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Pleasant balance between acidity and sourness. Fine carbonation level and a bit dry. Bernyard, berries, fruity and pale malt in the flavor. Decent enough beer. [On tap @ source]

On tap at the source. It's almost clear in the glass, dark golden in colour, and topped by a small off-white head. It's fruity, berry-ish and lightly piney and grassy, with a vague caramel touch. Some grains. It's quite sour and dry, with a pleasant carbonation. Berries, grapefruit, some vinegar, a touch of grains and grass and a touch of caramel and bread in the flavor, lasting for a good while. Pleasant indeed, but nothing more. 190503
