Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a small, rough, off-white head. Intense aroma of sweet, noble rot paired with acetobacter and Brettanomyces. Medium body, completely flat with more of the above and a distinct acetic acidity. The hibiscus and seabuckthorn died in the acidity flavor wise. This is basically a Lambic, and not a bad one. 170326

Sample @ Haandfest 2019. The very first beer for me at this festival, and a great start for sure. Quite clear golden body with a small white head. The aroma is nice and funky, feels very refreshing with a rather mild version of fruit, sour berries, wood and Brett. Flavor as expected from the aroma, a nice, refreshing and relatively mild version of something between a Geuze and Flanderen Red. Easy drinkable, pleasant flavor that should not offend anyone but still true to the style. Malt, slightly ripe fruit, sour berries, hint of lemon, wood and cellar notes with funk.Nice, relatively light bodied and long lasting aftertaste.

Draught, at Jernteppet Ølfestival, second day. Lacing rings down the glass from a steady white head, hazed apricot coloured body. Mid-dry citrus on the nose with a farmyard touch. Fruit-berry tartness to the taste profile, impact of yeast and basement. Refreshing cleanser. (Hammerfest 17.08.2019).
