Wheat Weet Mag Het Zeggen is een English Wheat Wine gebrouwen met maar liefst 100% tarwe, salie en madeliefjes. Een krachtig bier met een rijke volle smaak door het gebruik van veel tarwemout. Licht bitter met een bloemig aroma en een mint-achtige nasmaak.

Uhm, de naam? Geen idee. Wie het weet, mag het zeggen!
Maar beeld je eens in… Een Engelse tuin vol mooie doorkijkjes en weelderige borders vol kleurige bloemen. Een weldadige geurige melange van madeliefjes en salie komt je tegemoet. Een perfect moment voor een English Wheat Wine, toch?

Keg at roor. Pours hazy orange, nose is vanilla, wheat, tangerine, toffee, taste is sweet toffee, citrus, floral, vanilla. 7/8/8/7/7

08.aug.2017 Aromat słodowy, słodki, bardzo aromatyczny, jakby trochę pomarańczowy, kwiatowy, i trochę apteczny. Piwo bardzo mętne nie przezroczyste jasny pomarańcz kolor. Piana biała opadająca. Smak gorzki goryczka chyba chmielowa, w tle posmaki kwiatowe ziołowe ogólnie tak sobie, i tak jakby apteczne, czuć smaki słodowe ale nie wyraźne Nagazowanie średnie, ciało też średnie, jest gładkie ale finisz ma cierpki, jakby to była wersja amerykańska to by pasowało. Alkohol nie wyczuwalny. Ogólnie za bardzo goryczkowy jak na wheat wine.

Bottle at Woodies, Zwolle. Aroma is heavily herbal with sage, floral notes, rosepeds, fruity notes, citrus peel, mint, alcohol, wheaty malt. Flavour is sweet with a good bitterness. Body is medium to full. Quite herbal and floral, pretty good but I like the Tequila BA much better.

Początkowo nic specjalnego, średni EBW i tyle ale jak dostał trochę czasu i zaczął się otwierać, im cieplejsze tym ciekawsze, przyjemne nuty kwiatowe, miodowe, guma balonowa. W smaku zdecydowanie wytrawne, spodziewałem się ulepu a jest cytrusowo, ziołowo, słodka słodowość z miodowo-kwiatowym finiszem bardzo subtelnym , delikatnym, alk. po jakimś czasie mocno wychodzi i zaczyna przeszkadzać przez co staje się męczące, ciut za wysokie wysycenie.

Goudgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig, zoet en kruidig met iets van bloemen en appel. Aparte maar zeker niet onaardige smeek. Heeft wat weg van een kruidendrank met een afdronk waarin iets van rook zit.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Rovin, Dongen. Clear amber with a white head. Really pronounced daisy and sage aroma. Sweet taste with a long lingering daisy finish. Alcohol is really well hidden. Jopen never disappoints but with this wheat wine they;re taking it to the next level entirely. Fantastic brew.

Bottle. Golden color. Banana sweets, orange And soft herbal notes in the aroma. Wheaty, alcoholic, herbal flavor with banana And orange. Dry, especially in the finish. Firm, but friendly.

Bottle @ tasting shared by TomHendriksen. Unclear hazy yellow color, medium sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste is wheat, malts, sweetish, a bit weird and herbal. Hmm aroma is weird as well. Mwah. Don't like it.

Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen en gedronken met Tomhendriksen en Benzai. Aroma is fruitig en vanille achtig. Smaak is zoet en bitterig. Weinig nasmaak.
