A: hazy black, thinning, beige head.
A: strawberry, maple syrup, clove, pralines.
T: sweet strawberry, chocolate, bittersweet spices.
F: herbal hops, woody maple, touch vanilla.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Rather artificial, but quaffable for a Stout.

Can, courtesy of MiP. Pours clear coffee brown with airy but stable light tan head. Clear aroma of chocolate, marshmallow, and yeast, with malty touches. Bitter, roasty onset with sweetish notes of chocolate, maple syrup, lactose, and yeast, as well as touches of malt and fruit. Estery and maplelike aftertaste with roasty hints. A nice and light dessert treat.

Can, 4.7%. Chocolate and vanilla aroma. Very dark brown colour, seems clear. Small light brown head. The flavour also has chocolate and vanilla along with some Christmas spice like nutmeg or something. Late cocoa powder aftertaste. Thin mouthfeel, but expected considering the ABV. Prickly carbonation.

330ml can. Poured almost black with a mostly lasting frothy off white head. The aroma is roasted malt, light cacao. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, with a smooth, somewhat light, cola boiled sweet, light chocolate, light Christmas spice palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Light and watery with no defining flavours. A bit of a mess.

330ml can. Pours very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma of maple syrup, caramel. Taste of maple syrup, caramel, chocolate, berries, vanilla. Sweet. Light.

Black beer, fizzy brown head fizzles away. Sweet, bready aroma. Flavour has syrup, a little toasty malt, a dash of chocolate, breadiness again, a bit of lactose which lingers into the finish more than I'd like. Not bad though, balance is otherwise decent and has a good body to it for the strength.
