GYK 240820. Yellow-orange color with no head. Aroma is mango. Flavor is mango, wheat, lactose, oranges, oat, vanilla, pine, grapefruit. Bitter finish. Weird beer.

Can. It pours an unclear orange juice yellow beer with close to no head. Orange, mango, grapefruit and pine cones in the aroma, with more or less no maltyness. It's full to medium bodied, nicely carbonated and quite dry, with quite a lot of bitterness for the style. The flavor has a good mango domination, with pine cones, orange and pine cones. Long bitter, fruity finish. Not much of a milkshake IPA, the vanilla and lactose don't do anything to the flavor and aroma, but I like the bitterness in this one. Far from balance, not bad though. 200814

330ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Fast declining white head, poor lacing, opaque yellow-golden body. Restrained citrus-mango aromas. Rich taste profile with sappy grapefruit to the fore supported by mango. Very nice juicy bitter-tartness to a lingering finish. Good drinking in the sun. (Tromsø 31.07.2020).

0,33 boks fra vp Hillevåg, hjemme i en overskyet solkrok: helt ugjennomsiktig mangogul uten skum. Mango og lime i tiltalende design og solid maltkropp. Plenty av pepperaktig afterburn. Laktosefri?
