Bottle from Beerdome. Clear dark amber red with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, barnyard, blackberries and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 220122

7 -4-8-4-16 Bottle, 15 months after bottling. Pours cloudy orangey brown, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart notes of hay, fruity brett with berries and grapes, as well as farmhouse notes and wooden barrels. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay, bretty notes of berries, funky notes with citrus and farmhouse, as well as tannins and wooden barrels. Lingering tart, funky finish.

Clear with a peachy orange hue. Aroma has wild funk and forest fruit. Flavour too. Finish has juicy sweet and sour blackberries. It's crisp, fresh and fruity. Funky. Not very dry so the fruity elements are really at the forefront. Very good.

75cl bottle from Prik & Tik Dranken Marlou. F: medium, pink white, average retention. C: reddisch, hazy. A: a lot of blackbarries, yoghurt, gooseberries, funky, brett, woody. T: rich blackberries, bit lemon, woody, funky, goosebrerries, bit tarty, puckering, higher carbonation, brett, really delicious for the style, fully enjoyed.

Bottle at THT September. Gusher. Hazy dull reddish pink. Lots of funk, dry wheat, a touch of oak, some blackberries but not a lot, grape skins, soft sulphur. Medium sour, light sweet. Medium bodied with a lot of sparkly carbonation. I get moee grape than blackberries but a decent lambic.

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured an orange with a bubbly head. Aroma is woodsy, oak, fruity, loads of funk, berries. Taste is funky tart fruits, berry, oaky, woodsy, tingly, berries, sour in finish.

Bottle split at the optimal climatic conditions tasting, Hazlemere, picked up from an online peddler 11/08/21. Hazed reddish amber with a good sized white cap. Nose is light funk, dusty red berries, oak, damp straw, berry must. Taste comprises funky berries, blackberry yoghurt, funk, barnyard notes, damp hay, lemon rind, wood must, vinous. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a lightly acidic climax. Solid well balanced number.
