Appearance: cloudy gold with a small white head of low retention. Aroma: pickled cucumber, salt, smoke, spices. Taste: light sour and sweet, pickled cucumber, different spices, salt, smoke. Low bitterness. Palate: medium minus body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: not sure if it really is that much like solyanka soup still it's interesting and decent.

330ml can from TBS in Moscow. Aroma is smoked sausages, tomatoes, olives and lemons. Taste is medium salty, the aforementioned products, and a slightly spicy finish. Basically its cold, carbonated and over-salted Solyanka. Bizarre stuff, but I suppose it makes sense in a Russian context (they eat a lot of soup here). One can is enough for me.

Tap. Can 33 cl. Golden color, a little smoky, weak foam. Aroma: real solyanka soup with smoked ribs and ham, bay leaf, spices, herbs, garlic, tomato. Taste: pickled tomatoes, herbs, garlic, bay leaf, smoked bacon and ham, a little chili, it's so crazy.
