330ml bottle from Bochka in Moscow. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, cedar needles and liquorice. Taste is medium sweet, roasted malt, coffee and cedar needles. I though I would like it more. I think the cedar should be more dominant. Nice experiment, though. Clearly for drinking in the middle of the Russian winter.

Bottle. Pitch black colour, small beige unstable head. Aroma: Siberian cedar needles, roasted malts, molasses, minor coffee. Full-bodied. Soft carbonation. Taste: medium sweet, robust malts. Roast & molasses & toast. Coffee, chocolate. Cedar needles on ending. OK, it has its right to be as interesting experiment. I'm not among the grateful public, I'm afraid.

On tap. Black color, dark brown foam. Strong aroma: cedar pine nuts, pine needles and coffee, caramel, brandy. Taste: coffee, cedar pine nuts and resinous needles, caramel, citrus, brandy, sweet and original.
