Een witbier met hibiscusbloemen. Op het einde van het kookproces wordt zeer kort een hoeveelheid hibiscus toegevoegd. Dit om het aroma van de bloem en niet de kleur aan het bier mee te geven.

Bière bouteille 33 cl. La mousse est abondante mais retombe vite. Nez sur la levure belge, pointe d'acidité. En bouche, un peu trop d'acidité à mon goût.

At De Republiek, Bruges. Pours hazy yellow with a diminishing, foamy, white head. Flowery smell. The aroma contains citrus, yeast, hops, flowers, spices and wheat. It tastes light sour, light fruity sweet and light hoppy bitter, with a dry, citric, astringent finish. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. I like the flowery touch, and it’s a decent beer, but is it really adding something?
