Schramm’s Pacific Bramble is an iteration of our Bramble mead containing fruit exclusively from the Pacific Northwest. Regionally sourced raspberries produced a more focused acidity, lighter color and less residual sweetness than its predecessor. A great pairing candidate for charcuterie boards or grilled meats, Pacific Bramble made its own unique statement alongside Bramble to earn a place in our lineup and in your glass.

Inky purple color. Intense raspberries this nice white chocolate tart, intense juiciness. Tons of berries. Sweet. Amazing. Perfectly balanced. A home run again

375 bottle. Pours a deep dark reddish-purple color with no head(none expected). The aroma is quite strong with raspberries and some woody vine. The taste is an explosion of flavor with vibrant mixed berries and some vine. The palate is full and viscous. Finishes long and slightly sticky sweet. Overall: Decent--that is to say really top notch. Pairs well with some artesian alpine Swiss cheese.

Bottle at the SHIG parachutes in with beavers to the Boise Crew tasting: Poured a dark maroon with a white head. Aroma is berry, Raspberry, tangy. Taste is tangy, berries, raspberry, flavorful. Another fantastic mead by Schramm's.

375ml bottle pours out dark red almost black. Nose is big berry notes sweet honey. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey big berry notes some acidic notes.

Another stellar Schramms. Bottle at share. Deep ruby pour, flat. Raspberries are prevalaent throughout, with notes of sweet honey cropping up from time to time. Rasberry jelly jar. Sweet, smooth, excellent.
