Our version of a classic belgian wit, this pale wheat ale has the traditional coriander and seville orange additions typically found in the style. We then fermented it with our house brettanomyces culture to give it a Wild Ambition flair!

Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Candy orange and some light funk. Funk and some light glue notes. A bit muddled in the taste, although nose was decent.

Can, Legacy. Dullish sort of colour, not much head. The aroma is a bit of a sweet orange note, with a touch of brett. On the palate, the same. It's sweet and sugary, then there's some brett. One day, that brett will start to really eat those sugars, but it hasn't happened yet and this beer was released like a month ago. So it's this imperfect wit that needs the brett to get in there, and as of yet I'm still waiting.

473mL can, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Nose reveals that signature wild yeast, along with hints of coriander and citrus. Flavour is crisp and lively on the tongue, with wild yeast, gentle coriander, and some citrus rind. The carbonation is fairly aggressive, but fitting. Nice addition of the brett, making this more complex and interesting than standard wits. Nothing remarkable, but it's well-made.
