Stranger Than Chocolate & Coconut

473ml can. A black beer with a beige head. Aroma of mid sweet dark roasted malt, chocolate, caramel. Taste of dark roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, raisins.

Poured from 473mL can. Black with tan head. Aroma has a tons of dried coconut with some very mild roast and chocolate. Flavour of dried coconut meat, dry cacao and a bitter roast malt background. It's decent, but there's a slight staleness to it from the dryness of all the flavours. Flavourful, but on the cusp of tasting stale.

473mL can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with coconut upfront, followed by dark cocoa. Flavour is not very rich or deep, but is dominated by coconut upfront, accentuated by gentle dry cocoa. Not much residual sweetness, but the coconut sure is forward. Fun stuff. If only it tasted as good as it smelled.

In der Nase Raffaello, unfassbar wie kokosnussig das ist. Im Trunk ist die Nuss genauso dominant, spät Schoko, vor allem süß, spät bitter.

473ml can. Pours an opaque dark brown, almost black with a medium, creamy, long lasting, tan head that laces. Sweet aroma of coconut, roasted malt, dark chocolate and light coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, coconut, dark chocolate, dark fruit, ash and earth in a dry, bitter coffee finish. Medium body with a creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. Very tasty. They've managed to improve their already impressive Stranger Than Fiction.

A deep dark porter with thick frothy lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with coconut cream, coconut butter, dark fruits, light mineral notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, molasses, coconut pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice.
