Rød med tykk rosa skumtopo som blir liggende. Syrlig men ikke for sur. Smaker godt av bringebær. Liker:-)

From tap at På kornet, Stavanger, 22.05.20. Cloudy red. Dense and persistent pink head and lacing. Refreshing aroma and taste of sour raspberries and lactic acid. Sout, dry and astringent mouthfeel. Good, but a bit one-dimensional.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Deep and opaque pink to purple colour, pale pink head. Moderate aroma of raspberries. Refreshing flavour of raspberries, just the right acidity, not too sour. Does it taste like beer? No, not really, but who cares, as long as it tastes GOOD? And as a raspberry smoothie it is just great.

Fiskåbanen 200220. Uncler red-blue color with a pinkish head. Aroma is raspberries, sourness. Flavor is raspberries, sourness, ripe berries, yogort. Easy drinkable beer.

7-4-7-4-15 Can, #215, three weeks after canning. Pours cloudy opaque red, with a big creamy head. Aroma is raspberries, red currants and musty fruits, as well as sour candy and whiffs of salt. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of raspberries, dark berries, musty fruits and minerals, as well as maybe some slight salty notes in the finish. No complexity or layers of nuance, but very fruity and highly quaffable!

Fra fat på Bøker&Børst: utsende og smak som minner om en nylaget og velkomponert smoothie. Bærsyrlig og superfrisk med mild bitterhed og et tett skum som varer hele veien ned. Mersmaken varte enda lenger! Kan lett inngå som en av fem om dagen, den er helt sikkert kjernesunn både for kropp og sjel.
