330ml bottle from Cotteridge Wines. Pours hazy red with a pink head. Aromas & tastes of raspberry, blackcurrant, maple syrup & somewhat acidic. Moderate body. Sweet finish. Well balanced throughout, highly enjoyable

Bottle thanks to Rich. It pours hazy bright pink - red with a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tangy, sticky, oily, tangy ted berry, raspberry, sherbet, jammy and sour candy. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, sweet - sour, tangy, creamy, raspberry, cherry, bramble, maple syrup, pucker, touch of acidity, juicy, minerality and some alcohol with a tangy raspberry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Novel. Does what it says on the tin.
