Bottle at Hops, Crewe. Pours a pale straw with a medium sized frothy (but transient) white head and medium carbonation. Malts and caramel to the fore in the aroma plus hints of continental hops. In the mouth it is somewhat bitter but with a little underlying sweetness. Flavour of floral hops, cereal grains and grass with a trace of spice later on. Finish is slightly sweet. This is decent.

Impressive stuff. Cheap as chips from Lidl. Really clean. Nice crispy cereal, floral hops, soft bitter husk, a little grass, grain, biscuits. Nicely balanced overall.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a lacing, white head. Lovely floral hop aroma. Medium body, slightly sweet pale malts but everything balanced by a solid hoppiness. Textbook. 150126

Pils zo als pils hoort te zijn! Helder levendig goudgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en fruitig licht zoet met veel hop, wat citrus en gras tonen.

0.5l bottle, thx Dima for sharing with Jirka S and me! Clear golden body, off-white head. Bit eggy/yolky herbal-floral German hoppy aroma. Adequately lean and dry taste, herbal German noble hop profile with a nice little bitter kick, growing slightly in the aftertaste. The malt base is soft and there are more than yolky touches in the taste. By the book German pils I'd say! Would be glad to have a bunch of these on a party!
