Dorée plutôt claire, col blanc crémeux et tenace.
Après une eblle expérience avec la version 'Hell' , cette pils ne déçoit pas du tout.
Fraicheur sur le houblonné noble allant vers le léger floral le tout repris par une belle balance de malt pils qui confère un palais léger, sec, finement céréales.

0.5 l bottle from 'Getränke Kosmol', best before May 2024. Clear, golden with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately grassy-spicy, a little fruity-floral aroma of lemon peel, some fresh grass and a touch of grains. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, gently fruity-floral and a bit grassy-spicy taste of grains, lemon peel and some fresh grass, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very well-brewed Pils, quite smooth and nicely aromatic. Not as intense as the Grünhopfen-Pils, of course, but quite good for a classic example of the style.

33cl bottle from Getränke Winkler in Marquartstein. Head is medium, white, average retention. Colour is pale gold, almost clear. Aroma is bready, floral, light hoppy. Taste is medium malty base, bready, bit grainy, nice balanced long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, good for the style, enjoyed.
