Pint can, pours cloudy yellow orange with barely any head. Medium body. Orange peel and vanilla aroma. Taste is orange, lactose, and resin, with bitter hops finish.

Super hazy golden straw and raw honey coloured body with a faint orange tint and a very fast-dying off-white head that's gone after a few seconds. Aroma of oranges (of course), tons of vanilla, lactose, grain, cereal, light alcohol, grass and a healthy hit of pure caster sugar. Medium-bodied; Super strong orange and vanilla flavours up front with a definite punch of the lactose right behind that shows as a creaminess, but is astringent right in the middle, all with a lighter malt quality and some hints of very subdued citra hops or something that shows citrus fruits. Aftertaste is dry from all the lactose, alcohol and malts and without much of the hops (bitterness) showing through, this is really all about the malts, lactose and fruit balance which is roughly right, but too much vanilla and lactose for me (hence I don't like creamsicles - the real thing). Overall, a dry, super orange-y and lactose-filled beer that is much more like a sour than an IPA of any type (this seems almost true of all 'milkshake ipas'), but some mellow hops do shine through and make this passable - even if you don't like the ice cream treat. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Manassas, Virginia on 12-August-2020 for US$4,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 24-September-2020.

Tang and vanilla nose. Cloudy orange, thin head. Orange creamsicle. Full body, easy carbonation. Drier than expected, but that makes it less of a novelty and makes it more drinkable. Nicely done.

Hazy orange pour. Thin foam. Sweet nose of lactose and orange zest. Sweet orange creamsicle flavor with a hoppy orange palate. Medium carbonation.
