Small fizzy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy light yellow-ish color with some sediment chunks floating around. Aroma is dry funky fruity, mild vinegar, apple cores, hay, thinner, apple peel, bark, minerals, dusty sour apples, leafs, paper. Taste is dry sour-ish floral, apple cores, mild vinegar, apple peel, leafs, sour dusty apples, bark, flowers, paper, thinner, minerals, sorre. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2018. Made of 60% Gravenstein and 40% mixed pears, so this is technically more of an apple cider than a perry. From Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.5%. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a large but fairly shortlived head. Aroma of apples and pears. Fairly dry and crisp flavour, notes of apples and pears. A slight fruity acidity.
