Shared 750 ml bottle, vintage 2017, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.2%. Clear and very pale straw colour. Nice aroma of apples, hints of sulphites. The mouthfeel is somewhat watery. Dry flavour, little apple flavour compared to the fine ciders from Hardangergutane we had before.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Bjørnøy 06.06.20. Translucent white wine colour. Aroma and taste of sour apples, suplphites and a hint of white spirit. Not great. Waterish.

Bottle, 75cl, kindly shared by gunnfryd. It's a lightly cloudy pale yellowish golden colored cider with no head or carbonation. The aroma has a faint sulphur touch, with apples doing most of the work. Some orchard and grass, and a good dash of apple peal. It's dry and medium bodied, with some carbonation. Apples, orchard, grass, apple cores and a touch of sulphur. Lasting apple dominated finish. A bit too sulphury this one, but with quite a lot of good things going on. 181231

Bottle 750ml @ yngwie, New Year tasting 18/19
Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of yellow apple, yeast and funk. Taste is light to medium sweet with a long apple, yeasty, funky finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, apple cores, hay, minerals, leafs, herbs, bark, apple peel, yeast, overripe dusty apples, paper, old lawn. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, bark, unripe harsh apples, sorrel, minerals, leafs, hay, yeast, apple peel, flowers. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Not much liquid sunshine to my taste...
