Cask at Head of Steam, Birmingham. Mostly clear gold with small white head. Grapefruit, grass, hop resin, grains, semi dry with a light tang to it. It tasted a bit stale to me but there is a regular turnaround of cask in this venue so I'll put it down to the beer.

Handpull cask at the Kings Head, Leicester. Mid-gold cour, clear with a frothy white head. Grassy hop aroma with a touch of ammonia. Bittersweet taste, nicely balanced with slightly range bitterness in the finish. Light body, soft to medium carbonation. A decent beer and a good exhibition of Centennial in a British beer context. One of those beers that's better than the sum of its parts.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, fresh, malt, tutti frutti, yeasty, light floral, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Two hand-pulled cask pints in The Cock Hotel, Wellington Shropshire on 29th March 2018. Golden/amber beer with small white head, plus lacing. Aroma was hop first, as was the taste, light fruity notes arrive mid sniff and during the second sip. Mild citrus feel.
