On cask at the Salt Cot. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head and a slight haze. Nose - grapefruit and light banana. Taste - more of the same. Pithy edge to it. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - enjoyable and just what the current drinking population are after.
