Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is spicy and quite herbal with coriander, fennel, malt, clove, spicy yeast, hint of banana. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. A bit too heavily herbal and spiced for my taste, but overall a well-brewed Tripel.

Fresh from the brewery. Pours a clear amber colour and a big off-white head. Aroma's is malty sweet, quite a bit of coriander, light phenolic. Retronasal the coriander is even more present. Flavour is rather sweet with some bitterness, seemingly more from spices than from hops. Medium bodied. Finish is moderate bitter and herbs/spices.

Slightly unclear nice amber brown colour, good frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, light lacing.Aroma toasted malt, caramel, coriander, cloves. Flavour medium sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel, spices. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Malty sweetbitter finish, some orange pith, spicy and alcohol notes, not your usual tripel, nice.

On tap at Homeland. Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, amber malts, caramel, light spicy. Flavour is of a typical sweet strong Belgian amber, with a firm bitter finish. Medium bodied. Not my kind of beer.
