ABV: 11.5%. Clear dark dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, cocoa, berries. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, chocolate, cocoa, dark malt, berries, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20210605]

Can @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. Black, beige head. Roasted malt aroma, some cocoa. Sweetish flavour, roasted, caramely with a distinct sour note. Weird, sugary sweet and sour finish.

Can @ Saxo tasting. Black with a brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and cacao. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish with a light acidic edge. 050621

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, little acid, chocolate, caramel and has a light sour roasty finish.

Can picked up from www.drankgigant.nl, Vlissingen, Netherlands consumed at home Friday 26th March 2021, we had a great Three Cheese and Spinach Cannelloni, listening to a life set from the 6Music Festival by Dry Cleaning on Iggy Confidential. Pours shark eye black with a tan head. Aroma is predominantly chocolate with bitter cocoa powder, but it's also roast malts. In the mouth it's a little too slick and smooth and very middle of the road, chocolate and vanilla combine, sweet, a little nutty, but mostly chocolate, it's ok but I've had a lot better.

440ml. can. @home, 25/01/2021 [#3.747 Global - #652 Spain - #19 Cierzo Brewing Co.] Pours pitch black with a medium tan head. Aroma: liquorice, roasted malts, cocoa beans and soft vanilla. Taste: vanilla, hazelnut praline, roasted malts and cocoa. Smooth long sweet finish. Next one please!
