Bottle at a tasting with the RB boys. Thin body, very high carbonation, gushed. Medium sourness, seems combination fruity, lactic, a bit of acetic. Kinda raw fruity juice feeling, a bit applish. Not great, not terrible, average. Number 5 was much better.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Dry malty aroma, light sweetish touch. Starts mild, malty, sourish, notes of some grapes, some lemon, bitter background. Salty touch. Fresh fruity-salty finish. Interesting!

Great fruity nose. The beer starts mild sourish. Fruity parts. Red grapes are there, earthy parts. Smooth and easy sour finish, fruity with beetroot and sour red grapes. Nice.

0.75 l bottle from one of the brewers. Gusher, opens with a loud bang. Hazy, very pale red with a medium large, fluffy, quickly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, sourish, gently spicy and quite fruity aroma of figs and coriander. Slightly sweet, gently sour, quite fruity and a little spicy taste of figs, mellow rhubarb and a touch of coriander, followed by a short, gently tart, moderately dry, slightly spicy and a little minerally-salty finish. Almost medium-bodied, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation.
