Few BrewDog beers hold the same cult status as 5AM Saint. So we’ve recreated this classic American Red Ale with our own wild twist. Brett and foeders work their magic on the eclectic malt base, bringing leathery funk and gentle oak aging to the party.
New World hops promise a little dankness amidst pine and citrus notes, culminating in a 5% brett- forward ruby-red ale that balances approachable complexity and drinkability.

Floral sourish beginning. Easy to drink, very soft with a grainy and sour woody. Finish. Hints of floralness, dry bitter sour in the end, mild and fruity. Nice.

Maitse on väga bland, nagu ka 5AM Saintil. Iseenesest muidugi hea biznezz projekt on müüa hapuks läinud õlut rumalale. Aga noh halb ju ei ole.

Spritziger Beginn, frisch, Brett, geringfügig säuerlich. Kräutrige Nuancen, mild herb, weich, langer Abgang. Einfach wirkend aber rund, durchweg aromatisch und harmonisch. 10/11/11/10/9/11

Keg at Inverurie. It pours hazy deep purple with a small off-white head. The aroma is rich, fresh, funk, musty, barnyard, dark fruits, berry, plum, vimto, sherbet and Dr pepper. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, zingy, earthy, funky, barnyard, spice, pine, resin, wood, Dr Pepper, cranberry, spice, mild acidity and grapefruit. Medium body and moderate, frothy carbonation. Lovely stuff. Flavourful and balanced. Tasty.
