New World hops promise a little dankness amidst pine and citrus notes, culminating in a 5% brett- forward ruby-red ale that balances approachable complexity and drinkability.

330 ml bottle. Murky dark brown with a small creamy head. Pumpernickel, toffee, lactic acid, caramel, lime, red currant, arctic cranberries, balsamic vinegar, red wine, oak barrel, tannins, robusta coffee beans, leather. Acidic sourness, malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry sour malty sweet finish. Very complex and full of flavor for that low abv. Great!

On draught at BrewDog Leicester. Deep red cour, clear with a ring if loose beige head. Slight aroma of wood, red berry, a bit of funk, a tiny bit of sarsaparilla. Taste is tart without being too sour, maybe a touch of soy sauce and a deep venous and tannic bitterness ushering in the finish. Slight body and low carbonation.

Bottle. Slightly unclear amber body under a small, golden head. Nice aroma of malt, red berries, wood and hint of caramel and mild, funky cellar notes. Taste is super smooth, sweet and sour with malt, red berries, cherry, wood, mild vinegar, hint of dry fruit and some toffee. Nice balance in taste, flavors, body with a long, pleasant aftertaste. Solid, elegant and very quaffable, noe really sharp edges - feels a bit like a light Rodebach for the more reserved sour beer drinkers. Highly enjoyable.

Bottle, small stable bubbly head, cloudy light brown with orange taints, aroma of citrus yeast and some caramel, flavor of malt vinegar, caramel and lemony sourness. Nice and easy.
