Azacca, Ekuanot and Bru-1 hops combine to give our white IPA a background of tropical mango and pineapple flavours, before Belgian yeast takes centre stage in the mouthwatering meeting of styles.

440ml can delivered from the Blue Boar and drunk at home. Mid-golden, murky as hell with a healthy white head on top. The aroma is very astringent at first but I let it mellow to reveal sweet spicy yeast notes, light orchard fruit and fragrant grass. I expected it to be exceptionally bitter, but it's almost the opposite: I'm getting an extreme medicinal bitterness. It isn't unpleasant and it doesn't quite obscure the other flavours coming through - more apricot, light yeasty bread, vanilla. Lightly carbonated. It's not a particularly balanced beer but it's fun to drink, and one of the better beers I've tried from this brewery.
