Em meio a pandemia estamos aqui nos reinventando e colocando a cabeça para funcionar e trazer novidades para vocês. Estamos sempre buscamos referências e ideias em tudo que envolva cerveja e gastronomia. Desta vez resolvemos unir dois adjuntos que curtimos muito: café e cacau. Inspirados em uma drágea de grão de café envolvida por chocolate, nasce a THE BEANS. Em parceria com os nossos amigos da Dude Coffee Co. escolhemos uma variedade de café em que a torra conferisse notas de chocolate ao leite com corpo alto e licoroso na extração a frio. Juntamente a isso, tivemos as amendoas de cacau selecionadas e torradas pela Negro Doce Chocolataria e entregando uma experiencia sensorial que só poderia ser melhor se viesse uma drágea junto com a Lata... Opa, pera! VEM!

The last time I visited Imazato everyone was raving about a Brazilian brewery, especially their stouts but at 1800-2000¥ or more I was put off the fact all the stouts were sold out didn’t help... finally tracked one down online! Salvador Brewing x Negro Dolce x Dude Coffee THE BEANS Imperial Stout 11% Pitch black with rusty tan highlights and a thick viscosity. Deep rusty tan foam but it vanishes fast. Big sweet coffee aroma and lush full body that verges on syrupy. The over the top fullness reminds me of Dark Lord. Very rich bitter chocolate with mocha coffee flavor. Not as sweet as the initial sip but this is a top quality stout that is very rich. Sweet mocha bitter chocolate milk coffee blend describes this best.

Medium body, oily, completely flat. Sweet, roasty, bitter. Milk coffee, 80% cocoa dark chocolate, some kahlua in the finish. There's quite a bit of roast but just enough sweetness to keep it in balance. Damn good.

Canned, 440 ml, shared with Max, Miro B and kajser27. Black with brown head. Super roasty, lots of coffee, chocolate, cocoa, very smooth, nice intensive bitter finish. Medium to full bodied. Beautiful and well rounded.

Can. A black beer with a tan head. Aroma of sweet dark roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Taste of dark roasted malt, coffee beans, vanilla, chocolate. Nice!
